NVM Toys offers delivery across India where service is available from our delivery partners. Availability may depend on the delivery PIN code and the products in your order. If an address cannot be served, our team will contact you about the available options.

Any dispatch or delivery estimate shown at checkout or in an order communication is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Actual timing can vary with order verification, destination, carrier capacity, weather, holidays, and other events outside our control.

If you have not received an update or your order appears delayed, contact us with your order number and we will help check its status.

The shipping charge applicable to your order, if any, is displayed at checkout before you place the order. Do not rely on a general free-shipping offer unless it is specifically displayed for your order at checkout.

Please check that your name, phone number, PIN code, and full delivery address are correct before placing the order. Contact us promptly if you spot an error; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Where carrier tracking is available, tracking information will be shared through the order or customer communication. Carrier scans may take time to appear after dispatch.
