Terms and Conditions

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order, or contacting us. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

We may update, suspend, or remove website features when needed to maintain or improve the store. We will not use this clause to remove consumer rights that apply under law.

We aim to show current product descriptions, images, options, prices, and stock information. Product colours can look different on different screens. A listing or cart does not guarantee stock or acceptance of an order.

If a product becomes unavailable or a material listing or pricing error is identified, we may contact you before fulfilling the order. If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfil, we will arrange a refund through the applicable payment process.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Any shipping charge shown for your order is presented during checkout before you place the order. Applicable taxes or charges, if any, will be shown before payment.

Placing an order is a request to purchase. The order confirmation and payment status shown by the store or payment provider determine the next steps. Payment processing is handled through the payment option selected at checkout and is subject to that provider's terms.

Shipping arrangements are described in our Shipping Policy. Return requests and refund processing are governed by our Return Policy and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

The website's original text, graphics, branding, and other content belong to NVM Toys or are used with permission. You may not copy, republish, or use that content commercially without permission, except where applicable law allows.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, NVM Toys is not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier or payment-provider interruptions.

These terms are subject to applicable consumer-protection and other laws. They do not take away any mandatory rights available to you under those laws.
